Located downtown in beautiful Grand Forks, BC just steps from many great cafes & restaurants, while backing on the Granby River. Grand Forks, BC is the biggest small family town in the region, with lots of commercial projects and various community ammenities. Ask us about corporate housing/residences for room/board & lodging at a special work site; as we have 25 rooms, comfy beds, 6-suites with full kitchenettes for those on a "living out/away allowance" (LOA) projects. These could be — carpentry/general contractors, apprentice electricians/electrical apprenticeships, mechanical, robotic cutting, welding, doing sewer inspections, painting/drywall, ceramic tiling contractors/flooring installers, etc. for many of the corporate franchisors/franchisees. Your group of journeymen & women can have individual privacy and enjoy a space together not too dissimilar from renting an Airbnb (as the boss).

We're only 15 minutes drive to relaxing Christina Lake, about 50-mins from Nancy Greene Provincial Park, or roughly an hour and a bit away from RED Mountain Resort near Rossland/Trail-BC. Grand Forks BC is also a Canadian gateway to Coeur d'Alene of west Idaho, Spokane & Washington State.
